Return and Refund

Thank you for shopping with The Classsy Waredrobe ! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Product for any reason, please read the following policy to learn about your options.

Refunds:

  • We offer a full refund for Product that are defective or damaged upon receipt.
  • If you would like to request a refund for a Product that is not defective or damaged, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the Product. The Product must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

Returns:

  • If you would like to return a Product that is not defective or damaged, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the Product. The Product must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the Product to us.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your Product for a different size or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the Product. The Product must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
  • If the new Product you are requesting is of a different price than the original Product, we will either refund or charge the difference.
  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the Product to us and for the shipping costs of the new Product to you 

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom or personalized Products.
